The scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities, deliverables, ownership rights, confidentiality obligations, and other terms for paid client work should be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order form, or similar written agreement.

AI + automation

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and related technologies can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unexpected outputs. Results may depend on the quality of inputs, system configuration, third-party services, business rules, user behavior, and other factors.

Omnia AI Solutions uses professional judgment when designing or advising on AI-enabled systems, but no AI or automated system should be assumed to be error-free, appropriate for every use case, or a substitute for responsible human oversight where judgment is required.

Clients and users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether any AI-enabled recommendation, workflow, communication, or decision is appropriate for their business, industry, customers, employees, regulatory environment, and intended use.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, instructions, permissions, systems access, approvals, and decisions you provide in connection with any interaction or engagement.

Where applicable, you are also responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have the right to provide data, content, credentials, or access.
• Maintaining appropriate backups, security controls, access management, and internal policies.
• Reviewing and approving business rules, workflows, messages, outputs, and automated actions.
• Complying with laws, regulations, contractual duties, industry standards, and internal governance requirements applicable to your organization.

Intellectual property

Omnia AI Solutions does not control and is not responsible for changes, outages, failures, data loss, policy changes, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Fees, payments + cancellations

Pricing, payment schedules, deposits, retainers, cancellation terms, refunds, recurring charges, expenses, taxes, and other commercial terms for paid services will be specified in the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, website content and introductory communications do not constitute a binding price quote or commitment to provide services.
