Ashley’s background uniquely merges hands-on clinical experience with strategic business consulting. She began her career working directly in medical aesthetic practices, providing her with an insider’s perspective on operations, patient experience, and staff dynamics. She further refined her consulting skills with companies such as Mentor Solutions, a Johnson & Johnson company, and AestheticLink, which equipped her with a robust foundation in technology solutions for the medical aesthetic practice industry.
With over 450 hours of intensive AI training through post-graduate studies at the University of Georgia (her alma mater) and certification through Industry Rockstar, Ashley is exceptionally qualified to guide practices in the effective and strategic integration of AI and automation.
