She is also the founder of Predictable Patients®, established in 2018, a consulting practice dedicated to helping aesthetic practices grow, streamline operations, and maximize patient engagement.
Ashley’s background uniquely blends hands-on clinical experience with strategic business consulting. She began her career working directly in aesthetic practices, giving her an insider’s perspective on operations, patient experience, and staff dynamics. She further honed her consulting skills with companies such as Mentor Solutions, a Johnson & Johnson company, and AestheticLink, which provided her with a strong foundation in technology solutions for aesthetic practices.
With 450+ hours of intensive AI training through post-graduate studies at the University of Georgia (her alma mater) and certification through Industry Rockstar, Ashley is uniquely qualified to guide practices in integrating AI and automation effectively and strategically. Her expertise ensures that every solution implemented enhances efficiency, safeguards patient data, gives staff back their time to focus on patients, and is fully HIPAA-compliant.
